High speed bearing technology: the electric spindle usually adopts composite ceramic bearing, which is wear-resistant and heat-resistant, and its service life is several times that of traditional bearing; Sometimes, electromagnetic suspension bearings or hydrostatic bearings are also used. The inner and outer rings do not contact, and theoretically, the service life is infinite;

Lubrication: the electric spindle is generally lubricated with timed and quantitative oil and gas lubrication; Grease lubrication can also be used, but the corresponding speed should be discounted. The so-called timing is to inject oil every certain time interval. The so-called quantitative control is to accurately control the amount of lubricating oil each time through a device called quantitative valve. Oil air lubrication means that the lubricating oil is blown into the ceramic bearing with the help of compressed air. The oil volume control is very important, too little to play the role of lubrication; There are too many rotary vane vacuum pumps, which will heat up due to the resistance of oil when the bearing rotates at a high speed.

Built in pulse encoder: In order to achieve automatic tool change and rigid thread tapping, the electric spindle is built with a pulse encoder to achieve accurate phase angle control and feed coordination.

Cooling device: In order to dissipate heat for the high-speed motorized spindle as soon as possible, the outer wall of the motorized spindle is usually provided with circulating coolant. The cooling device is used to maintain the temperature of the coolant.

Automatic tool change device: In order to apply to the machining center, the electric spindle is equipped with an automatic tool change device, including a disc spring, a broach cylinder, etc;

High frequency frequency converter: to achieve the speed of tens of thousands or even hundreds of thousands of revolutions per minute of the electric spindle, a high frequency frequency converter must be used to drive the built-in high-speed motor of the electric spindle, and the output frequency of the frequency converter must reach thousands or thousands of hertz.

Clamping mode of high-speed tools: The widely familiar BT and ISO tools have been proved to be unsuitable for high-speed machining. In this case, HSK, SKI and other high-speed tools appear.
